Peoples Bank Human Resources' department is expanding. Due to significant growth, a Talent Acquisition Specialist position is now available at the Munster Corporate office. This full-time position will develop, facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process including creating sourcing strategies for all levels of open positions. The Specialist will also conduct new employee onboarding and exit interviews.
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required and a minimum three years' experience with recruitment in banking or a professional services organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and applicant tracking software necessary. Knowledge of the Northwest Indiana or southern Cook County suburbs extremely helpful.
