Talent Acquisition Specialist
Due to significant growth, Peoples Bank Human Resources' department is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist position at the Munster Corporate office. This full-time position will oversee effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract, source and maintain a diverse pool of qualified, high caliber candidates for open positions that also support fulfillment of the Bank's vision and values. This position will also conduct new employee onboarding and exit interviews.
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required and a minimum five years' experience with recruitment in banking, financial services or a professional services organization. Demonstrated ability to create and implement sourcing recruitment strategies for a variety of positions, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and applicant tracking software necessary. Knowledge of the Northwest Indiana or southern Cook County suburbs extremely helpful.
