• Executive Assistant

    The Executive Assistant provides assistance in planning and administrative functions primarily to the President/CEO with occasional support to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
    Job Responsibilities:

    Performs administrative functions and provides clerical assistance to a variety of routine and standardized tasks.

    Performs secretarial and clerical work requiring independent judgment with speed and accuracy.

    Manages CEO inbox and responds to messages with utmost discretion and professionalism.

    Responsible for maintaining all corporate records.

    Heavy daily calendar management: coordinating personal and professional appointments.

    Acts as a liaison between the CEO and the Board, providing communication and assistance to all Board Members, as needed.

    Supports the scheduling of Board activities and meetings.

    Required Qualifications:

    Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

    Minimum five (5) years of experience providing administrative and secretarial support to an executive team, C-level

    Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent interpersonal skills
