• Administrative Assistant

    The Administrative Assistant provides assistance in planning and administrative functions primarily to the Executive Team with occasional assistance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
    Essential Responsibilities:

    Performs administrative functions and provides clerical assistance to a variety of routine and standardized tasks

    Performs secretarial and clerical work requiring independent judgment with speed and accuracy

    Coordinates all facets of collecting and distributing materials for Executive Team meetings

    Helps support the President/CEO and others in planning and facilitating the Executive and Leadership teams and other organizational meetings.

    Reviews electronic and physical mail and provides appropriate communication to the Executive Team members when needed

    Responds to customer calls, as needed, escalating to the appropriate Executive Team member when necessary

    Assists with preparing and reviewing presentation materials

    Required Qualifications

    Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

    Minimum five (5) years of experience providing administrative and secretarial support to an executive team, C-level

    Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Excellent interpersonal skills
